RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order. By completing a purchase with Looper Co., you confirm that you have read and agreed to the terms below.


OUR POLICY — SUMMARY
All sales made through Looper Co. are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or any reason other than a genuine fault or defect. This applies to all clothing and accessories sold in our store.


YOUR RIGHTS UNDER AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Under the ACL, you are entitled to a remedy if a product:

- Is faulty or defective
- Is not of acceptable quality
- Does not match the description provided
- Is unsafe

In these cases, Looper Co. will offer a full refund or replacement at our discretion, and we will cover all return shipping costs. These rights cannot be excluded and apply regardless of any other terms in this policy.


WHAT WE DO NOT REFUND OR EXCHANGE
We strictly do not accept returns or offer refunds for the following:

- Change of mind
- Incorrect size or colour ordered
- Item no longer wanted
- Item not fitting as expected
- Purchasing the wrong item
- Delayed delivery due to carrier or customs
- All accessories (final sale, no exceptions)
- All sale or discounted items (final sale, no exceptions)
- Gift cards

Please choose carefully. We recommend referring to our size guide before purchasing and reaching out to us with any questions before placing your order.


HOW TO REPORT A FAULT OR DEFECT
If you believe your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

1. Email info@looperco.store with your order number, a description of the fault, and clear photos showing the issue.

2. Our team will review your claim within 1–2 business days and advise on next steps.

3. If your claim is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label. Do not send items back before receiving approval — unapproved returns will not be accepted.

4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or replacement within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.


CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS
Items returned under a fault or defect claim must be:

- In the condition they were received
- Unworn and unwashed (unless the fault was discovered during first wear)
- Returned with all original tags and packaging where possible

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery will not be accepted as a fault claim.
