Thank you for shopping with Looper Co. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed and dispatched from Queensland, Australia. Orders are fulfilled within 1–3 business days of payment being confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

AUSTRALIA
- Standard Shipping: FREE
- Estimated delivery: 2–8 business days after dispatch
NEW ZEALAND
- Standard Shipping: $10.00 AUD
- Estimated delivery: 8–14 business days after dispatch
INTERNATIONAL (Selected Countries)
- Standard Shipping: $20.00 AUD
- Estimated delivery: 12–28 business days after dispatch
All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Looper Co. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or circumstances outside of our control.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery through the relevant carrier's website.
If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & CUSTOMS
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fee.
Looper Co. has no control over customs processing times and is not liable for any delays caused by customs. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Looper Co. is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address, contact us immediately at info@looperco.store — we will do our best to correct it before dispatch, but cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.
LOST OR MISSING ORDERS
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbours and any safe drop locations at your property. If the item is still missing, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will liaise with the carrier on your behalf.
Looper Co. is not liable for parcels lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it at info@looperco.store with your order number and photos of the damage. We will assess the situation and work to resolve it in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
